Serves 5: 1 cup per serving

2 cup whole fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries
1 cup fat free or low fat plain yogurt
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp honey
1/ 2 tsp grated orange zest
1 3/ 4 cup fresh orange juice
1 /2 tsp vanilla extract
5 whole strawberries with caps (optional)
5 orange zest curls (optional)

In a food processor or blender, process all ingredients except strawberries with caps and orange zest until smooth. Refrigerate covered, to chill if desired.
Make strawberry fans for garnish by thinly slicing each strawberry lengthwise to, but not all the way through, the cap. Press down gently on cap end to separate slices into a fan.
To serve, ladle soup into bowls. Place a curl of orange zest on top and a strawberry fan beside each serving.
