Serves 6

3 Tbsp light garden vegetable or herb cream cheese spread
6 Kalamata olives, finely chopped
2 Tbsp finely snipped fresh parsley
1 /4 tsp dried basil, crumbles

12 cherry tomatoes

In a small bowl, stir together Kalamata cream cheese ingredients using a rubber scraper.
Cut a very thin slice from top of each tomato. Place tomatoes with cut side down on paper towels to blot.
Place about 3/ 4 tsp cream cheese mixture on cut side of each tomato. Arrange tomatoes on serving plate.
