Serves 8

10 oz pkg frozen green beans
10 oz pkg frozen broccoli
10 oz pkg frozen cauliflower
10 oz jar pearl onions, drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (10 3/ 4 oz) cans cream of mushroom soup
6 oz pkg herb stuffing mix

Cook frozen vegetables separately, just until crisp tender. Arrange drained vegetables in layers in a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Arrange onions around the outer edge. Sprinkle with cheese; pour soup over all. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven; sprinkle half the stuffing over the top, reserving the rest for another recipe. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
