Serves 4

8 oz can of crab meat, drained
10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup prepared herb flavored stuffing mix
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
hot pepper sauce and Cajun seasoning

Combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes to one hour, until hot and bubbly
