2 packages of frozen cut broccoli
3 cups cooked rice
1 (8 oz) jar of cheese whiz
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 stick oleo
1 can sliced water chestnuts
salt and pepper to taste
Cook broccoli and drain. Add cheese whiz and butter to broccoli hot. Then add cooked rice, soup and chestnuts. Mix and pour into 12x8 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 25-30 minutes in 350 F oven.
