4 Tbsp low calorie butter
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 1/2 cup rice, uncooked
1/2 tsp salt
Dash garlic salt
2 (10 oz) packages frozen broccoli, cooked
1 1/2 cup water, boiling
1/2 cup skim milk
1 (8 oz) jar cheese

Saute onions in butter. Add dry rice and fry until golden brown. Remove from heat. Add salt and boiling water. Cover until absorbed. Meanwhile, cook broccoli. In a 2 quart casserole dish, mix rice and drained broccoli, milk and cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes.
