serves 4

2 eggs
2 Tbsp honey
1 cup apricot nectar
2/3 cup orange juice
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup frozen sweetened strawberries, partially thawed

Beat eggs in mixer bowl until thick and lemon colored. Add honey gradually, beating constantly; set aside. Combine apricot nectar, orange juice, lemon juice and dry milk powder in blender container. Process until smooth. Add strawberries. Process until smooth. Add egg mixture gradually, processing constantly. Pour into covered container. Chill in refrigerator. Pour into glasses. Garnish with mint leaf, strawberry slice and lemon twist.
