8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. grated Monterey Jack with jalapeno cheese
2 c. chile with beans
1 lb. bag of plain nacho chips

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix cheeses together well. Spread single layer of chips in sheetcake pan or pizza pan. Drop chile by spoonful randomly over chips. Sprinkle layer of cheese over top. Repeat with chips, chile, then cheese. Repeat process until all ingredients are gone, ending with cheese on top. Bake until brown and bubbly. Serve with fresh salsa and guacamole.
