2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 green onions, finely chopped
3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 tsp adobo sauce from can
1/2 tsp EACH Creole seasoning, ground cumin and chili powder
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp hot sauce
1/3 cup pecan pieces, toasted
Garnish with green onion curls and pecan halves
Combine the first 10 ingredients in a food processor and pulse 3 times, stopping to scrape down sides. Stir in toasted nuts and chill 2 hours. Garnish. Serve with assorted crackers and vegetables.
