Serves 15
Complete in 50 minutes

1-2 dry pack sun dried tomatoes
1 tube (10 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
1/2 cup jarred marinara sauce or pizza sauce
1/3 cup bottled pesto sauce
1 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese (6 oz)
1/4 cup sliced canned ripe olive
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1-2 jalapeno chilies, shredded and chopped

Heat oven to 425. Grease a 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan. Soak sun dried tomatoes in very hot water and cover in a bowl until softened, about 5 minutes. Drain; Chop; you should have about 1 1/2 Tbsp.
Roll dough onto prepared baking pan. Press dough to sides of pan. Bake in heated 425 oven 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Top half of the dough with marinara sauce and the other 1/2 with pesto sauce. Top with cheese, olives, green onion, sun dried tomatoes and jalapenos. Bake in heated 425 oven 5-10 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut into 15 squares. Serve warm.
