1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 1/2 cup peanuts
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
3 to 4 quart popped popcorn
1 microwave safe popcorn popping bag

Combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in 2 quart glass baking dish. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir in soda. Pour over popcorn and peanuts in a large bowl. Mix well. Spoon into popcorn popping bag. Close using manufacturer's directions. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes, shaking bag frequently, store in airtight container.
