1 banana, peeled and sliced
3/4 cup nonfat milk
3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt, or nonfat fruit yogurt
1/4 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup (1 ounce) chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour into two glasses.
