1 lb ground turkey
25 corn tortillas
1/4 cup finely diced fresh yellow onion
1 finely diced garlic clove
6 oz tomato sauce
2 cups of water
4 TBSP Knorr beef bouillon
Put tomato sauce, garlic, onion, and 3 TBSP bouillon, to boil in saucepan. Cook ground turkey with garlic, onion, and 1 TBSP of bouillon. Mash ground turkey with potato masher. Add Saucepan contents to cooked ground turkey, mix well. Heat oil in frying pan, put 5 tortillas in plastic bag and microwave for about 20 secs. Roll turkey mixture in torillas and place in pan. Fry until golden, turn and repeat. Remove from pan, and place on papertowel-lined plate. Repeat until all tacos are cooked. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and dollops of sour cream.
