Spicy Cheese And Meat Dip

- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1 package (1 lb size) velveeta cheese
- 1 jar (24 oz size) salsa
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and cook, stirring frequently, until cooked. Drain off any excess grease and set the sausage aside. In the crock pot, combine the Velveeta and salsa. Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 1 hour or until the cheese is melted (stir after 1 hour). Stir in the cooked sausage and mix well. Serve the dip warm with tortilla chips.
