SKILLET CREAMY BEEF & BROCCOLI PEPPER STEAK

This is a quick and delicious Stove top meal using what most of us have in our freezer or pantry.

Serves 4

1 pound thinly sliced sirloin steak.
2 Tablespoons oil
1 small onion small diced
1(6.8 oz) package of rice a roni dinner-beef flavor
1 red bell pepper cleaned and sliced
1 green bell pepper cleaned and sliced
2 cups of frozen broccoli
1/4 cup half & half

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add the steak strips & cook quickly about 3 minutes or just until no barely pink on the inside.
Remove from the skillet and put on a plate, cover to keep them warm.
In the same large skillet add the onions and prepare the rice dinner according to the package directions.
After 10 minutes add the broccoli, peppers; reduce skillet to a simmer cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the broccoli is crispy tender and the rice is tender.
Add the steak in and cook just until steak is heated through, add the half & half and serve.
