With today's high prices for snack, we are all looking for ways to make our dollars stretch.Sae money by making snacks at home!
It's a great family night activity.Get the kids involved too!

2 pounds of hard sour dough pretzels
1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup prepared mustard-the yellow stuff,however if you feel adventurous try the Dijon mustard or 1/2 prepared yellow and 1/2 Dijon mustard.
1/2 cup honey or more to taste
1/4 cup onion POWDER-not salt
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
In a large bowl, break pretzels into pieces as small as possible, you want them bite sized.
In a separate bowl add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Pour the mustard mixture over the pretzels and make mix them together well. You want to make sure all of the pieces get coated.
Spread pretzels onto a large jelly roll pan or roasting pan. bake for two hours stirring occasionally.
Cool and store in an airtight container.
