  • 4 ounces tuna (water-packed, drained)
  • 2 tablespoons low fat or fat free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 stalk celery, chopped
  • 2 baby carrots, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sweet relish
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • additional ingredients as desired
  • 6 slices lite bread of your choice

Drain tuna. Chop veggies. Combine ingredients. Assemble sandwiches.
