Serves/Makes: 8
Ready in: 1-2 hrs

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 16 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
  • 6 ounces hot fudge sundae topping

Combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peanut butter in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Fold in the Cool Whip into the peanut butter mixture until incorporated.

Spoon the peanut butter filling into the pie crust. Drizzle the hot fudge topping over the pie and place the pie in the refrigerator to chill for at least an hour before serving.
