Buffalo wings
1 Cup Tobasco sauce
Crushed red pepper
Oregano
Vegetable oil
Lemon juice

***Defrost Chicken wings***

Place tobasco sauce, and other ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well.
In a frying pan, or small pot cover the bottom of the pan about an inch or so in depth and let heat on medium heat until almost smoking.
Fry Chicken wings, and place on several paper towels to drain excess grease.
Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees
After all the meat is cooked and drained, dip each piece into the sauce and allow to soak for about 10 seconds, remove from sauce and place on a cookie sheet, lightly greased.
Put wings into the oven and allow to cook for about 5-7 minutes.
Remove and serve with celery, and Bleu Cheese Dressing, or as is!
***You'll need something to drink as these wings are firey hot, I suggest an ice cold beer, or another cold non alcolholic beverage for you under 21 chef's***
