Ingredients:

6 (6-ounce) salmon filets
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon white wine
1 tablespooon extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon dried thyme
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons ginger marinade (onion, tomato, celery, water, wheat, soybeans, lactic acid, sesame oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, herbs and spices, xanthan gum)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

2. Over medium heat, cook the garlic in olive oil for two minutes. Add the wine, balsamic vinger, ginger marinade, and thyme. Remove from the heat.

3. Rub both sides of the salmon filets with the balsamic-ginger glaze. Arrange them on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for twelve to fourteen minutes or until the flesh is pink and firm.

Servings: 6
