- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon brandy
Wash the strawberries and remove the hulls. Cut in halves or slices if the strawberries are large. In a bowl, stir together the sour cream, brown sugar, and brandy. Mix well and let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes. Place the strawberries in individual serving dishes like parfait bowls or balloon wine glasses. Top with the sour cream sauce. Serve immediately.
