Makes 30 tarts.

4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. butter, melted and cooled
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. mixed candied fruit
1 c. chopped nuts

30 2 1/2-inch tart shells, unbaked

Preheat oven to 400F.
In a medium bowl, combine eggs, sugar and syrup; mix well. Add butter and cinnamon.
Stir in fruit and/or nuts. Fill tart shells two-thirds full.
Bake at 400F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350F and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until pastry is golden and filling is set.
