Makes 4 servings.
1/2 c. yogurt
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp. finely chopped parsley
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
salt and pepper
4 chicken breast fillets
1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese
Preheat broiler to high. Place oven rack 4 inches from broiler element.
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, onion, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
Coat both sides of chicken breasts with yogurt mixture and place in a shallow baking dish.
Broil chicken 4 to 6 minutes.
Turn chicken over and sprinkle with feta cheese.
Broil for an additional 3 to 4 minutes, or until chicken is cooked and cheese is lightly browned.
