Makes 4 servings.

2 10-inch whole wheat tortilla
1 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1/4 c. barbecue or pizza sauce
1/2 c. diced mixed vegetables of choice (green pepper, red pepper, onion, mushrooms, etc.)
1/2 c. shredded low-fat Mozzarella cheese
hot sauce

Preheat oven to 350F.
Lay tortillas on a baking sheet
Spread each with half of the sauce; sprinkle with chopped vegetables and shredded cheese.
Bake at 350F for 3 to 4 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
Cut each into 4 wedges. Drizzle with hot sauce; serve.
