Serves/Makes: 4
Ready in: 1-2 hrs

  • 1 1/4 pound pork loin, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour for coating
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 pinch dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf

Mix salt, pepper and flour in a bowl. Coat pork cubes with flour mixture. Slide pork onto skewers.
