  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 can (16 ounce size) pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 can (16 ounce size) black cherries, pitted and drained
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup dates, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows

Mix fruit, dates, nuts (if using), and marshmallows. Set aside.

Beat whipping cream sweetened with sugar until firm. Just before serving, gently fold in remaining ingredients and serve.
