- 3 ounces cold espresso or strong coffee
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 3 Oreo cookies or other sandwich cookies
- 1 1/4 cup ice
- crushed Oreo cookies, for garnish
Combine the espresso, milk, cookies, and ice in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour the frappe into tall glasses and top with additional crushed cookies. Serve the frappe with wide straws.
