Tilapia With Corn Salsa

Ready in: < 30 minutes
- 4 tilapia fillets (6 ounce size)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can (15 ounce size) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (11 ounce size) whole kernel corn, drained
- 3/4 cup Italian salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped bell pepper
Brush both sides of fillets with oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on a broiler pan. Broil 4" to 6" from the heat for 5-7 minutes or until fish is completely opaque and firm. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Serve with the fish.
