Ready in: < 30 minutes

  • 4 tilapia fillets (6 ounce size)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can (15 ounce size) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (11 ounce size) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 3/4 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped bell pepper

Brush both sides of fillets with oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place on a broiler pan. Broil 4" to 6" from the heat for 5-7 minutes or until fish is completely opaque and firm.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Serve with the fish.
