Ready in: > 5 hrs

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 8 pieces chicken

Combine all ingredients in ziplock freezer bag.

When ready to cook thaw overnight in fridge. Dump into crockpot in the morning; cover cook on low for 8-10 hours.

To cook on the grill: Grill over medium coals until no longer pink in the middle and juices from meat are clear.

To cook in the oven: Place chicken in a baking dish and baked at 350 degrees for one hour, turnining the meat once after 30 minutes.
