- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup zucchini, finely shredded
- 1/3 cup carrot, finely shredded
- 2/3 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 2/3 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 2/3 cup bread flour
- 2/3 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/3 teaspoon bread machine yeast
- 2/3 teaspoon poppy seed
Add ingredients in order given by manufacturer, adding zucchini and carrot with milk. Basic/white bread cycle. Medium/normal color setting. NOTE: Veggies vary in moisture content, so adjust dough as needed.
