Crab Rangoon

Great Party Snack*

INGREDIENTS

~1 large package artificial crab meat
~2 containers onion&chive phil. cream cheese
~2 packages wanton wrappers
~ vegetable oil, or olive oil
~ small bowl of water



DIRECTIONS

~Mix crab meat and cream cheese in a large bowl, making sure the crab meat is fairly broken up
~Lay wanton wrappers on a plate (about four at a time per plate)
~place about a Teaspoon (no more than this) of the mixture into the middle of each wrapper
~Dip your fingers in the water and wet all four edges of the wrapper
~Fold wrapper in half, diagonally, firmly pressing the edges together
~Keep these covered with a damp paper towel while making the rest
~Pour the oil into a frying pan, enough to float the wantons in
~Cook, flipping occasionally, until golden brown
~Let cool for about 5 min and Enjoy :)
