1 pkg. cream, cheese, 8 oz
1 can Rotel with green chilies, drained (10 oz, reserve liquid)
1 clove garlic
Salt to taste

Crumble cream cheese in blender. Add strained tomatoes, clove of garlic and salt to taste. Blend until smooth, adding reserved liquid from Rotel if needed for consistency. Serve chilled with Doritos, Fritos, or assortment of of crisp raw vegetables. may be doubled, tripled as needed. Makes 2 cups.
Variation: 1 can (4.5 oz) shrimp, drained, may be added.
