Crust:
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Pressinto 9 x 13 inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until lightly browned. Do not overbake. Cool.

Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 container, large cool whip
Whip cream cheese, sugar and cool whip together and put on cooled crust. Chill 20 minutes.

Topping:
2 - 3 1/2 oz. instant Pistachio pudding
3 c. milk
Whip pudding and milk for 2 minutes and add to pan and chill until set. Top with remaining cool whip and nuts.
