1 c. onion, chopped
l c. green pepper, chopped
1 T. butter
28 oz. can tomatoes with liquid, diced
4 oz. can mushrooms, sliced and drained
2.25 oz. can ripe olives, sliced
2 t. dried oregano
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
12 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. parmesan cheese

Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add ground beef, tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Place 1/2 of spaghetti in greased 9 x 13 casserole. Top with 1/2 of meat mix. Sprinkle with 1 c. cheddar cheese. Repeat layers. Mix soup and water and pour over casserole. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
