1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil or garlic-flavored olive oil
1 12-oz pork tenderloin
Heat oven to 400F. In small bowl, stir together paprika, curry powder, garlic salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Brush oil evenly over pork; sprinkle with spice mixture, patting to coat. Place on rack in shallow baking dish or on broiler pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145F. Place pork on cutting board. Cover loosely with foil; let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
