3 to 4 lbs. pork spareribs, cut up
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small piece ginger, peeled and minced

Boil ribs 30 to 40 minutes, then drain. Combine above ingredients then marinate ribs at least 20 minutes or overnight. Broil or grill ribs over medium coals until nicely browned, basting occasionally, or bake in oven at 350 for about 1 hour. Serves 6
