Spare ribs (quantity depends on number of people)
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 small jars apricot Heinz baby food

- Boil ribs in water for 45 minutes; combine remaining ingredients.
- Place ribs in marinade; leave for 2 hours.
- Cook spare ribs at 350 F for an hour or on a grill until golden.
