Dough:
2 cups unbleached flour
1 Tb sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cup milk (or less)

Filling:
2 Tbs margarine, softened
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Stir together well.

Frosting:
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup margarine, softened
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 to 1.5 cups powdered sugar
Beat cheese & margarine until fluffy; mix in vanilla & sugar until smooth.

Preheat oven to 450F. For dough, sift together dry ingredients; cut in shortening
until mixture resembles cornmeal; stir in milk until dough holds together, not too
wet. Lightly knead on floured surface about 30 seconds. Roll dough on Silpat into
15 x 9 rectangle.

Spread filling evenly over dough. Roll up jelly-roll style and pinch seam together.
Using dental floss, cut into 12 even slices. Place individually into a lightly greased muffin pan.

Bake 8 minutes, or until light golden brown. Remove from pan and
spread each roll with frosting while still very warm. Serve immediately. 12 rolls.
