- 3 ripe avocados
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 small white onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 serrano pepper, seeded and finely minced
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh and dice it into 1/2-inch cubes. Place the avocado cubes, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, serrano pepper, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl. Mix gently, adding more salt as needed to taste. Serve immediately.
