Ready in: 1-2 hrs
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup plain flour
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add flour and beat about 3 minutes. Pour batter into cast iron skillet which has been sprayed with no-stick cooking spray. Bake at 300 degrees F for 1 hour. May be served plain, with ice cream or favorite fruit.
