Ready in: 2-5 hrs
- 1/2 cup shortening or butter
- 8 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Mix all ingredients and chill for 2 hours. Roll into walnut size balls, then roll in powdered sugar and place on pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.
