3 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
3 (1 oz.) squares semisweet chocolate, chopped
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
2 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Melt together butter and chocolates in heavy saucepan. Remove from heat and beat in sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs, once at a time, and mix each until incorporated. Beat for 1 minute.
