4 carrot
1 cup EACH fresh cauliflower, mushroom, zucchini squash, broccoli and green pepper, sliced
1/2 tsp basil
2/3 cup chicken stock
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp seasoned pepper blend

Cut veggies into 1-inch pieces. In a shallow baking dish, combine all ingredients. Cover and bake at 375. for 30-35 minutes. Optional to top with toasted sesame seeds. Serves 6
