1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. bourbon
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. pecans, coarsely chopped

Add sugar to melted butter. Whip together over medium heat until smooth and sugar is dissolved. Mix in bourbon. Mix in beaten egg. Add pecans.
