2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
2 cups confectioners sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups whipped topping
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, divided
15 caramels
1 tsp milk
1 (10 inch) baked pie crust
1/2 cup salted peanuts
2 (2.07 oz) Snicker Candy Bars, divided

Garnish/Topping: Whipped topping, chopped nuts, 1 oz melted chocolate, 6 melted caramels

Beat first 3 ingredients and gently fold in whipped topping. Transfer one-third of the mixture into a medium bowl; set aside. Melt 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate. Blend chocolate into cream cheese mixture in a large bowl.

Melt caramels and remove from heat; stir in milk to thin slightly. Spread caramel mixture on bottom of baked pie crust. Sprinkle 1/2 cup peanuts over caramel layer. Spread half of chocolate cream cheese mixture into pie plate. Set aside half of 1 Snickers bar and chop remaining snickers into small pieces. Sprinkle over chocolate mixture.

Next, spread plane cream cheese mixture into pie pan and top with semi-sweet chocolate. Spread a thin layer over the top of the pie, smoothing to reach the edges.

Garnish the pie by piping the whipped topping around the edges and a dollop in the center. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, and drizzle with the melted chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate. Cut remaining candy bar into 1/8 inch thick slices. Place decoratively over top.
