4 oz butter
20 oz medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 oz garlic puree
1 cup diced onions, green peppers and green chilies
4 oz sliced mushrooms and diced tomatoes
1 oz chipotle pepper puree
1/2 oz steak or fajita spice
1 oz dried basil
2 cup chicken broth
24 oz cooked fettuccine
2 oz grated cheese

Saute the shrimp in the butter, for about 1 minute. Add the rest of the ingredients in the pan, except for the broth, pasta and grated cheese.

Cook the vegetables and spices for 1 minute and then add the broth. Allow to reduce for a few minutes.

Next, add the cooked fettuccine. Toss together well and serve with grated cheese on top. Garnish with garlic tortilla triangles instead of garlic bread. Serves 4
