1 1/2 cups sliced cooked potatoes
Salt, herbed garlic powder and pepper, to taste
1 cup sour cream
1/2 pkg onion soup mix
2 tbsp half-and-half or coffee cream
Place potatoes in center of a double square of foil. Sprinkle with seasonings. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Seal top and ends of foil. Cook over medium to high heat on grill for 15-20 minutes.
