6 boiled potatoes
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
Boil potatoes with salt. Whip potatoes and add sour cream and cream cheese. Mix well and place in buttered casserole. Put melted butter on top and sprinkle with paprika or parsley. Bake at 350 F for 30-45 minutes.
