1 cup plain flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 stick margarine (melted)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Mix together and spread in a pizza pan that has been coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until light brown.
Mix:
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
2-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
Spread on cooled crust.
Cook to make peach glaze:
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup water
1 (3 oz) box peach gelatin
Cook first 3 ingredients until thickened. Add peach gelatin. Stir until blended. Put 4 cups fresh sliced peaches on the white mixture. Pour the peach glaze over the peaches. Serve with extra whipped topping, if desired. Garnish as desired.
NOTE: May substitute refrigerated sugar cookie dough for the crust.
