1 (6 oz) pkg wonton skins, cut into 1/4 inch strips
Nonstick cooking spray
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350. Separate strips and place in a medium bowl. Spray strips with cooking spray and then add season and salt. Toss to coat evenly. Spread on a large baking sheet and bake for 16-18 minutes or until golden and crisp. Stir frequently.
